Hes still on the pay roll, weve got no football guys on the board, Malky is a little wet behind the years in this management malarky so why not make use of DJ whilst we are still paying him and make him director of football.

He had no problem attracting players here, perhaps he should take over that side of things and let Malky concentrate on the coaching and being the front man with the fans. Im sure Malky could only benefit from someone of DJ's experience.

1) Given some of the players he did bring in, not exactly the best role for him.

2) We've already someone in, Ian Moody, with regards to player identification and recruitment.

3) I'm sure Jones is happy enough getting paid by us and getting a sum of money from Sky for issuing his in depth analysis.

Are you DJ? I am no hater of Dave Jones as overall he helped the club get to where it is today. Unfortunately he was not able instill proper discipline on the team which cost us promotion

The way you are so negative about every aspect annoys most people on here. I am all for constructive criticism and if someone is not giving 100% go ahead and crucify them but when they are working hard to their best this can only be enhanced by positive passionate support instead of the shite you constantly pedal
