Because if its a payout your going to be out of pocket if Shamrock were to win,or the game ends in a draw.

as topcat says you would end up losing on shamrock win or draw by doing that. if you get onto betfair you can lay paok at 1.36. plus win or lose you will get a free bet to use on something else
