CARDIFF CITY V BARNSLEY

Okay, one draw and two losses in the past three games. Not good, but is to be expected. We have to improve our defence because Hull City had one of the weakest attacking options in England last year and we let them score twice past us despite Joe Ralls scoring a screamer on his debut after snubbing Fulham for Cardiff. My team against the Tykes is;

Hull had the weakest attacking force last year, and this is a new season and have signed some decent striker in MacLean and Waghorn.

Earnie Parkin (if back)/Miller (if fit)/Mason
I doubt Mackay will drop Hudson but i would prefer to see that pairing at centre half tbh

They signed MacLean last year but Waghorn is a quality Championship player! I think they'll do well this year.

Gunnarsson works better as a lone defensive midfielder. I would prefer Kiss to push up more. I think Heaton is injured so Parish should come in
