the balance in the team is completely wrong

the lack of quality is worrying, last season we had a lot of quality and not enough effort, this season we have a lot of effort (which will be our problem come the end of the season) and not enough quality.

On Saturday I'm looking on the pitch and seeing just whittingham with the real quality for a team to challenge for promotion

ok I like the effort of the team but we also need the quality to win us matches, I feel we haven't got that and this season is just a waste as I am already ruling us out of promotion

Sad to say, but i agree mate i have given up on even on making the play offs, hope im wrong though
