Economic Protests Gathering Momentum

The 1% that have 99% of the worlds wealth should start worrying?

Get the guillotine out, I say. :old:

How it pans out across Europe:

London = riot
Athens = riot
Rome = riot
Ireland = demand the banks bail out the people who's taxes bailed out the banks?

The ENGLAND riots had nothing to do with the economy, they're just mindless idiots causing damage which will hurt businesses even more

Yes you are correct BB they were mindless looters who took an opportunity to get something for nothing and those caught paid heavy prices in fines and custodial sentences.

However, the Investment Bankers in the City of London have looted our economy by gambling savings and bank deposits on worthless derivatives based on America’s sub-prime housing market.

That led to a multi-billion pound bail out along with hundreds of billions of pounds being printed and given to the banks so they can pay themselves extortionate wages and bonuses for causing the economy to collapse and throwing millions out of work. If that is not getting something for nothing then I really don’t know what is.

Therefore those bankers are no better than the rioters in Tottenham and should be arrested and thrown in jail for the bloody misery they have caused us now and for decades to come.

You are right, they should be locked up, but the banks all around the world are very powerful, probaly more powerful than the government. Nothing will be done about it. Personally I think our economy is fine, this is a way for banks to make more profit by putting fear into people so they can "save" money etc.
