I heard today that Malky in the last 2 weeks has had 3 players lined up to come in and looked at another 3 or 4 , but the wages were the stumbling block, I also heard that Malky has asked for a bit more from VT/TG and is likely to get a bit more, so watch this space in the next 7 days

Let's hope that MM gets that extra cash,and the players he wanted are still available to bring in

Great news Annis , i honestly believe if we can get maybe 3 Quality loan signings in and strenghten again come January we will make the play off's.

its also a little funny how he was appointed to over see the new manager , then things were going tits up in the appointment and negotiation stages, he was removed from the selection process and then similar things with the transfer scenario..

lets just hope mm can push on and bring in what he needs so that we are not playing catch up come january.. .

By MM surviving the soton and hull games without loans it's means we have saved on 3 weeks wages.
If we assume prem clubs will pay 1/3 of wages we are still talking 20k a week at a guess?
20k a week for 3 weeks = 60k
For 3 players £180k.... Would it have been worth it?

I think there will be no movement till after the internationals on tuesday. any knock for a player playing for the club we're looking to bring someone in on loan from will have a snowball effect in that they might change their mind in releasing a fringe youngster, which is what i think we will be looking at
