" RESPECT TO MALKY MACKAY "

This Sunday most will know about the Mikey Dye Memorial Cup taking place at Bryntirion FC, Bridgend and that Jason Perry and Scott Young will be coaching the City team from the sidelines.

The game is being supported by many fractions of the City support including this forum, Cardiff City Supporters Club, CCMB and the club itself in loaning our team the kit for the special occasion.

Last night I was informed that our manager Malky Mackay will be attending the game and joining the fans in the stand, he has also pledged a considerable donation to the fund and will also being bringing along a signed City shirt.

This was not done by request but was Malky's idea and I would like to thank Malky for his support and for the respect being shown.

I have never been a manager in the professional game, but I do know how hard Gaffers work, so for Malky to find time in a very busy schedule to support Mikey D, his Family, Friends, the CCFC fans team and the Memorial Game is top draw.

This guy is a class act on and off the pitch! Whatever anyone thinks about Gethin Jenkins he got two things right with us, sacking Dave Jones and replacing him with Malky!
