Safe Standing at CCS?

How much would it cost to bulid safe standing at CCS and would it decrease or increase stadium capacity?

I hope I happens one day because the law are making football stadiums like chapels and it's slowly ruining our repetition as loud and proud set of fans

Sadly rules state that all prem league clubs must have complete seating stadiums, its a shame, jsut look at germany with their stadiums, absoluting bumping, and alo of them have safe standing
