afraid its true mat5e i am a pensioner getting 6000 grand a year which because of a private pension is taxed so i end up with 22per cent less and people who have not paid a penny pull tax free 25000 a year even claiming for kids living back in their own country

I'm sorry to say that you are wrong. A EU citizen can claim chikld support in this country even through the child may not have ever stepped foot in the country. The pro-europeans defence on this is 'well we can do the same if the roles were reversed' but do they really expect us to accept that child support in countries like Hungray have the same financial value as it does over here..?



With reference to the original post I'm gutted to say that its also true but in this country the loony left shout 'racist' every time a similar issue is mentioned.

What has your bit about EU citizens got to do with the original post which is about what Illegal immigrant or refugees allegedly get.

If you read my post again I clearly stated that my first line has NOTHING to do with the original post as it was a response from another comment. My second comment clearly states that it was a reponse to the original post!!!! Some people on here can't even understand basic english

Your first line doesn't clearly state that it has nothing to do with the original post. I'm not even sure why you started on about Eu citizens child support because that is not what my comment or the comment I was responding to is about!!!

To be fair your second does say that it refers to the original post.

However the actual point of my reply was to ask where the government website was that set out the figures paid to illegal immigrants/ refugees.

I'd be interested to see if you or someone else could find one, it must surely exist if the figures are true.

The benefit system is complicated and the example given in the OP might be achievable in very limited circumstances i.e. high housing benefit rent, child benefit for several children, more than one wife and disability payments are added together.

Personally I would imagine that the vast majority of asylum seekers (obviously illegal immigrants would get nothing) actually get very little.

However, there is a huge amount of evidence that settled immigrants are milking the benefit's system and it doesn't matter how much people cry racist, its happening.

An overhaul of the system which stops full benefit being paid for couples who have more than 2 children should be one of the most pressing reforms as well as clamping down on men who choose to have children with more than one wife/partner.

The comment I was replying to as I firmly believe that my EU comment relates to the comment from the Post Office worker.

The orginal post is plainly suggesting tho8gh Tony that every illegal immigrant gets those payments. Which is rubbish as I have already said.

I'm sure there are settled immigrants milking the system. I'm also sure that it is not just immigrants who are doing this

What i said was people were getting there benefits and then sending a lot back home Elwood i agree its not all of them but there are a lot im glad to say my wife has left the post office.
They use to get milk vouchers and try and buy lottery tickets they take the piss not all of them but most.

within the last week the euro courts have said britain must pay immigrants from day one of their arrival no matter how they get here why do you think they travel through all the other euro countries to get here its because we pay best benifits.If they come here only pay them what they get in their own country then claim it back from a central fund that would be a fairer system.I have seen a somalia get 3000 quid to furnish her free house and still complain its not enough for tv in all four bedrooms for her 10 kids to watch she caused a riot in the dss office.that was years ago when i was claiming and getting 50 quid after paying in for 30 odd years

So my mate who works for DHSS and who I have asked in person is this correct and told me it's amyth and bullshit doesn't know what he's talking about by you do?? there we go then, why would my butty by correct.. he only feckin works there...!!

we need immigrants but of the right sort....our native british birthrate is falling,and we need more young people in this country to be working for it is them who will be working in the future to pay their taxes to fund our old age pensions.Have you tried to see an nhs dentist lately,the only ones it appears who will take on nhs work are the recently arrived spanish & polish dentists.Our nhs would collapse if if all the so called foreign doctors went back, i have 2 doctor neighbous from Bangladesh & Libya,they work very long hours for not a great deal of money.When you`ve had a few beers late at night where do you go to eat-indian? chinese? Kebab?
a bloke from Tenerife used to live opposite us(why the f**k anybody would want to live in wales over tenerife is beyond me)and he told me the spanish government encourages immigration, but...only of the right sort-there are rural villages in spain where the occupants are virtually all oaps, resulting in the closures of schools etc-they have combatted this with offering assistance to immigrants to repopulate such placers....but only to the right type of immigrants-over 2 million Argentinians & couple of million from other south American countries have settled in spain over the last few years-these people share the same language religion, culture & ethnic background...very sensible at the end of the day i think.Oh by the way they also have a very good social security system,free healthcare ,schools etc same as us-so why dont all the pakis somalis etc go and settle in spain?
My friend from tenerife explained why....-their immigrants are seen by the local people as an asset who will help their communities stay viable,while we in the uk see immigrants as a drain on our resources.Basically we have the wrong type of immigrants.
