Parking fine

parked my car as always on Hadfieldl road Wednesday night.. Came back to the car after the game to find my car ticketed by Cardiff council
There were lots of other cars ticketed too.
Have parked here lots of times on matchdays with no problems. Has anybody any advice on challeging this penalty charge notice? Where else do people suggest to park on matchdays? Thanks

I think they [the man] are targeting City fans on a match day, as we had one when others didn't, parked in the same area, withe no double white lines or obstructions. Easy money for the authorities. Beware!

if the fine is from the council or Police you need to pay unlkess you can prove that you were parked legally and didnt cause any obstruction
