Put in a loan offer for Tevez?
Mancini has vowed never to play him for City again so why not take him off their hands? I don't really like him but think of the impact he would have!!

1) why would he step down a league
2) he can go to any of the biggest teams in the world
3) hus wages a week are probably ten times what our whole squad is!
