re miller was i watching a diferent game?

some are saying he's still poor even after he scored 2 goals lastnight..
i thought miller was causing problems for their defence long before he scored his awareness was great plus he looked a yard faster he gave 100% he won quite a few headers second half and tracked back to defend at times.

Dam straight brother!!! he was at the hub of everythying we did going forward last night.....his running the channels, dragging defenders out of position, his very intelligent link-up play and his 2 GOALS!! his first was brave as anything you'll see, 2 defenders and a GK about to crunch his ass, he still stuck his head there!!!

Thats been his problem I think. He's been at the hub of everything we've done
up front this season, but in general, it hasnt worked, and becasue he hasnt
scored, he's taken the flak.

Put Earnshaw and Miller in the box, and give them an equal amount of chances
and Kenny will score far more than Earnie, I think people will come round to that
fact eventually. miller has been stuck out wide cos Earnshaw just cannot hold the
ball up, link up the play or close down defenders.

Kenny was brilliant last night and so was Mason, I think they should go with those two from now on........

I think Kenny showed last night he is a quality finisher but he needs to be given the chances.

So far this season he has been feeding off scraps.

Even Southampton's manager commented on the problems he was causing :ayatollah:

Defo, he (and Mason) worked their absolute tits off ... granted they didn't have much for the last 20 minutes but fair play they were great and weren't shy of a few challenges in the air (against two very big and good centre halves), but somebody like Kenny, i think he had 3 clear chances all game and scored 2 ... Just what you want from a striker!
