Anyone know why??

An middle-aged guy that goes down the city and usually in the Ivor Davies before the games.....can anyone tell me why he wears a Blue Cantonian High School polo shirt to games 
I can only think he seen it in a charity shop and as it was blue and had a C on it that it was a Cardiff one
