wrong today?

First things first,i think malky is the right man but i think he got it wrong today,it was a good result and i hate being negative but 4-5-1 at home is negative,Miller was up against 2 very big strong defenders in bamba and mills and he was always going to struggle,I ask the question why earnie came on before rudy when he clearly had an injury to his thigh before the game(he had 1 of them pain killer straps on his thigh).Saying that i dont think Leicester were any better,they kept the ball well without causing us many problems and i think with all the money they have spent they wont set this division alight because they have no cutting edge,Darcy done well when he came on and i think Gerrard was solid throughout and the next question i would ask is would he be dropped when Turner is fit or would it be Hudson? IMO it should be the latter

Its amazing how people see football so differently. I thought gerrard was not the best today, his distribution is horrendous, and he tries these ridiculous passes all the time. 4-5-1 was for me, the right tactic, the energy levels showed by gunnarson and kiss enables them to run forever and we could of, i think, over-ran their midfield today, plus we needed someone to cover the back 4 as the pace of beckford/vassell left us open for any of the leicester midfield to play a little through ball and they would have left our CB's for dead. Earnie needs to learn to be less selfish as thats what will cost him his place in malky's TEAM!! Happy with today, not so with the ref, he was wank!

i can see where your coming from but if we judged all defenders on distribution alone then super kev would not be super kev,4-5-1 will work with the personnel that the city have this year but you have to admit that the first 10 of the second half with rudy up top with miller we looked far more dangerous and if he never got injured i think we could have snuck(if thats a real word) a win.Like i said,i hte being negative and hindsight is a great thing but i think that if we went 4-4-2 from the off then we could be celebrating 3 points tonight
