Southampton away 2006/07 he was sat by us signing autographs a good laugh aswell, not one of my favourites but a good person :ayatollah:

It is a shame Pursey never made it all the way to the top, baffling really as he had all the attributes and was once thought of as a possible direct replacement for Tony Adams at Arsenal.

I remember him doing a great marking job on Peter Crouch at Liverpool in the League Cup and even scored a great goal in that game.
