Hats off to the man!!
Ive never in my 20 years of supporting Cardiff have felt as confident as I do tonight!
I think we are in for very exciting times!!
Malky was in his area all game screaming! His voice must be as bad as mine now!
The team are together and buzz off each other! Twice in the carling cup we have come from behind to take us into extra time. Under dj we would of given up! The spirit in the team is immense and the crowd responded to that!! What a night and what a manager!!!
The hurt and pain on marshals face when they go there first was un seen before he really took it bad! Dare I say it for once I think the players are starting to feel the way we feel about Cardiff city!
Rudy!!!! Stayed on for a while after the pens thumbing up and clapping the canton end!!

i cant speak highly enough of malky. Everything he does and says fills me with confidence. i honestly wouldnt swap for any other manager in the championship and apart from the obvious exceptions i wouldn't swap him for many managers in the premiership!

Notice how when we score all players celebrate? That didn't happen last season.

Last year, when we went 1-0 down the referee may has well had blown the whistle. This year, there seems to be confidence that I've never seen. A confidence that the players just seem to feel "We can get this 1 goal". Its great

Right at the end, he saluted all the stands then as he was walking off I saw him clench his fists and I could see he whispered "Yes" to himself and I could see how much it meant to him.....feels great to have a passionate gaffa again, it rubs off on all us.

TrueAlso during the penalties all scorers emphasised the role of the crowd was great to see

City are a much stronger unit under Malky, Can you imagine a comeback like tonight under Dave Jones 
I honestly can't, and if it had have happened I don't think many would have stayed to see it, that's how unexpected it would have been, glad dave jones will be someone else's problem next year and not ours.
Although he did help to move our club forward, the last 2 years he held us back I think with his stubborn ways, lack of tactics & fall outs with good players etc.
