About tips for boxing etc i have finally bucked up the currage to do soo, know people will think what a pointless thread and that but i thought i would share it with you. 
Will be joining Penygraig boxing club, one of my mates go there, heard some good things about there.
Anybody else been to this boxing club?

Good on you Shane. There is a very proud tradition in this corner of the world and it is a good thing that you do. It's not about being world champion, it's about discipline, fitness and art. I could certainly do with it but at 42 I have to settle for something a little more sedate like golf...Luckily I'm crap at it so I get more exercise out of it than most.

I'd love to join one just for fitness. I'm not even aware if there is one in caerphilly though

Nobody cares about the LNC no more!
Ok will do, think its early days for a having a match against a paper bag, last time i tried with a paper bag the woman gave me a black eye.
OC I have always wanted to try it, but never had the courage to do it, excited now though its a great sport with many benefits.
Going to be tough but its a challenge isnt it.
Im 18 and i think if i dont start now i never will, see what i can do and try my best.
Im terrible at golf to, cant even hit the golf ball
