Bouncers at the Tower Lounge

We went in the Tower Lounge on Saturday night, and my mate had a bit of a surreal conversation with a bouncer on the way in, he was using a metal detector to search us as we entered. The conversation went like this:
Mate:Why are you using those mate?
Bouncer: Checking people for concealed knives.
Mate: Bloodly hell thats a bit strong isnt it? we dont get that in Cardiff pubs and clubs
Bouncer: Really? thats funny because we are only doing it because your lot are up here!
What a bloodly cheek, I didnt know whether to be offended or laugh my bollox off!

We didn't have that when we went in, however the prick did spend 10 minutes checking my passport over and over

one of the lads we were with put his flag up in tower lounge and got kicked out for it!!

Thought some of the bouncers in there were cocks. They used that on some folk and not others - what's the point? My mate got landed with a big lad who had a pink dildo.........

We use to do that in Liquid on the R&B night on a Thur - But they were broken.

we went to the tower lounge friday night and the bouncers were being a bit funny saying they weren't leaving cardiff fans in over the weekend. they let us in then though.

I like them i do i was caught smoking weed in their staff cubord but got allowed back in after my m8 got arrested
