Uncle Fester, Malky will do a great job if he is backed with 3 or 4 more players. I love his passion/never say die attitude, but if not backed we will run out of steam and in my opinion end up about 8th or 10th, if backed then def top 6 place this season .

I agree Annis. He is also willing to "ring the change" during a game too.

We need one spark up front i mean. Im impressed with Millers workrate and how
he's applied himself playing out of position. I believe he will score more goals
than Earnie... But we are missing something up top. Everywhere else is looking
very very good!!

Really have got a good feeling if we can just get 1 or 2 players to provide options up front

Despite a draw today, i'm so proud of the Cardiff team, their work ethic and work rate was amazing.

Like Annis says, we do need 3 players, but I am glad we havent gone in for them at the moment, as the Christmas period is quite key to sustaining top 6 campaign. Especially with that 93 day loan rule.

But at the same time, people shouldnt expect top 6 finish, we must be realistic as well, we have lost 12 players and it is still a rebuilding phase for Malky, and we have to give them some time to gel. But so far, I have been impressed with Malky, especially bringing in an element of Sports Science in analzying players fitness levels etc. I really feel this is quite key for us, compared to DJ, alot of players were injured in training sessions compared to being on the pitch, and keeping an eye on individual players is key.

But I do feel we need 2 midfielders (preferably a winger/ or a winger/centre mid) and a Striker. But thats not for us to decide, in Malky we Trust.

MM has done a great job , if the board back him we could easily be a top 4 side. If they dont back him then injuries, suspensions etc will hold us back .
