The minutes silence!

Sat Sep 17, 2011 2:01 pm

Perfectly observed by both sets of fans :ayatollah:

"especially by the Cardiff fans" said the commentator on CCW

erm?????

Does he mean their silence was somehow quieter than the Blackpool fans

A nice and fitting gesture to remember the miners

WBA 'fans' were a disgrace, the heckled during the minutes silence which was held in memory of the miners, the young WBA player that died and Brendans dad. Really disgusted with them. They also sang sick chants about the miners outside after the game. I hope their f*cking tyres go on the way back.

The family of Mikey requested a minutes applause instead.

The Blackpool fans were totally silent, you could have heard the proverbial pin drop at Bloomfield Road yesterday. Total silence, and respect from them and us. :ayatollah: Good game too. We all made some noise during it :ayatollah:

Disappointed to hear about the WBA fans.

Swansea fans have been great about Mikey Dye, and we applauded in memory of Brendan Rodgers' dad before the Doncaster game, as did the Donny fans.

Lets keep the rivalry, and the edge, but add some respect.

Yes, fair play to the jacks - in a way they have held out a hand of friendship.
Up to us now to show the respect it deserves.

Suprised at the WBA fans, normally they have been OK.

Mind you, remember the wankers from Sunderland who couldn't keep quite for the John Charles minutes silence.
