Scouting kids...

What age do clubs pick kids up at? And how do they get to know of kids? My daughter plays in an under eights team here in Pembroke and there are a couple of boys there who amaze me in thie reading ofthe game and thier awareness when going for goal.

Not that I'm trying to push for them but just got me thinking...

Dont know the answer but I do know that the title of this thread is a bit dodgy!!!
