PROUD TO BE WELSH

Fri Sep 16, 2011 9:52 pm

last week a cardiff fan sadly had his life taken away from him at a wales game. Swansea fans put flowers at the ground in tribute to Mike Dye. Today 4 swansea miners who attended work didnt return home to their loved ones, cardiff have arranged a bucket collection for next weeks home game and also a player shirt raffle to raise money for the families, the moral of this message is, hated on the pitch, united when it matters off it. PROUD TO BE WELSH, ONE WALES. RIP to the 5 who lost their lives needlessly.

Ps ive never got anything good to say about the jacks, and im living in clydach, (port talbot boy) but have top respect for the jacks after last week and also the way cardiff fans have been has really made me proud. Well done lads

Good post fella. Wales as a nation has a lot to be proud of in the way we pull together and look out for each other. I've travelled the world and every where you go you find welsh people the friendliest and most welcoming. I now live and work in England and the English are no where near as warming and friendly as us. Proud to be welsh always and everywhere!! :ayatollah:
