quick update for you all
thanks to all who donated and to those who didnt theres still time to
ran it in 2hrs and 19 mins top half of feild 23777 out of 54000+ was
chuffed with that not bad for first half marathon
will be running the cardiff half on the 16th of october really looking forward to that
