Shame we cant get a Youtube montage of 2 of my favorite 100 percenters. Steve Grapes and Constantinous "Tarki" Micallef. They were not brilliant players or legends but they tried hard, Tarki would run all day, never got anywhere but would still run.

Just around the time that my father started taking me to watch City.

There was certainly a different feel around the club then.

Now to me that was some of my best times following the City, not today.

Certainly was. I never lived in Cardiff but used to travel and watch their reserves sometimes on this old field with a wooden hut. I think it was near the Landaff area and the players would always chat with you.

What an era

My love for the club never dies but there was a different type of affection as well.

taking over a thousand to bury on a tuesday night, having 1 hour in bed then up for work i'd do it all again tomorrow

They were great times, coinciding when I first started watching City.
First game was Harry Parsons testimonial v Spurs...was hooked straight away

Thanks for posting that brought back great memories would love to have them two playing for us now both true City legends Also looking back on that footage i have still got all the shirts featured although they no longer fit me

don't surpose you could d0 the goals from our promotion seasons 83,88,93 etc
i expect getting footage from the older games would be hard tho i seem to remember someone knocking out vidieo tapes of the 80's promotions many years ago
