Ugg-boot lover QPR striker Jay Bothroyd found out what is appropriate to wear to training and what isn't after a picture, courtesy of Joey Barton, emerged of him holding up his dismembered footwear.

First game looked brilliant & unlucky not to score against Bolton. Following that game 5 of our first team including Jay were struck with a virus which DJ Campbell collapsed from & is still recovering which saw Jay on the Bench for the Everton & Wigan games as he simply was not fit enough to start so it would be very unfair of me to judge him at this stage.
The International break will have done him the world of good to get his strength back & I'm expecting him to feature at home to Newcastle live on Sky this coming Monday.
