Apart from Top Cats shop giving the best odds in the area, there is nothing there anymore apart from charity shops, gold buyers and cheap shops. I feel for the small amount of good coffee shop and retailers who have to mingle which the other tosh.

We seem to have 3 or 4 shops that do the same thing, and another 3 or 4 shops which have closed and are empty.

Starbucks was a big customer attraction to Wellfield Rd and I can see with that closing it had a knock-on effect with the other traders on the street.
