WE ARE CARDIFF
I'm as hurt and rejected as anyone over Bellamy and our no show at the final day transfer races, and am not sure what our backers are about either.
However, I am genuine when I say I feel good about Cardiff City. In Malky, we have a top guy - we wanted passion after DJ - we got it. We wanted commitment from players, we got it. We wanted more closeness with the fans, again we got it.
All Malkays signings have been A1 (our only issue is seeing if the millar/earnie pairing can hit it off). The deadwood under the madness of DJ is still there sapping the club with high wages is hurting us - we probably have to get rid before signing more.
Have the malaysians been honest?
Well they haven't lied have they -20 mill budget for the squad is what it looks like. We've already spent about 4 mill on transfers and signing on fees and our wage budget (squad and management etc) must be about 7 mill). We,ll know if they've been straight in the fullness of the season VERDICT OK
Has Malky been straight?
His intension has been to replace 12 lost players and hopefully add. 2 months in and he's signed 10. We now have a fantastic group of players but could do with some quality too. MM has already said that he will be looking to loans. The man is true to his word.
VERDICT. Great start after the mess he walked in to.
Has the team played well and committed? Yes - apart from brighton where we were forces to play mason again and with so many midfeilders out that are intergral to the Malky diamond way. They've given their all whilst still gelling.
VERDICT. Good start - keep working
This is a transition year - let's support the boys and make some noise!!!

Speak for yourself ........ after removing rose tinted specs just take a look at the facts and make comparisons . Prem player on £95k a week offered only £30k per week to play in the 2nd division of Enlgish football but chose to move to another Prem club and play in the Prem Lge and not only that he chose Liverpool FC !!
Last season Bellamy + Bothroyd + Burke + Chopra + Koumas + Ramsey + JET ========> NO PROMOTION !!!!

well said eddiep,after 30 yrs supporting this wonderful club of ours i feel we have got potentially the best manager in all that time.he has his own methods and it seems to me he will not change them for anyone.i am convinced with time this man will bring us the success we all want.youngsters be patient,would rather watch ateam of hard working pro's than a bunch full of talent that choke when the going get's tough
