So why did mm not get the 5 players he wanted?

Seems strange for the last month mm has been stating he wanted an extra 5 or 6 players in'
Well he only got one, does this mean we will be getting 4 loans?

So what went wrong?

Malays failed to stump up the cash?

Failure to get rid of the likes of Parkin,gypes,naylor who surely will not get a game this season?

The squad is desperately thin out wide and up front which will hinder our progress this season.
IMO a quality wide winger and a target man were a must, mm must be desperately disappointed he coupld not get these extra bodies on board.

He has said repeatedly he will look after the transfer window closes for loans.... more players will go out and some come in on loan soon enough.

4 Seems a more likely overall number.

If Turner is one then that leaves three, given that Adam Smith could well sign as we need a winger, maybe Hoya as well depending on outgoings in that area. Plus the loan window it seems we are were MM wants us to be.
