As a club we have made incredible progress

A bit dissapointing this evening to see all the moaning about 'being sold down the river' being lied to , Bellamy traitor bla bla bla. I think its incredible to even think that we are moaning because we have not got CRAIG BELLAMY, I mean if we go back to say the 80's sometimes I thought 3,000 was a great crowd and I was gratefull to get a loan player from the southern league !!!! It shows how far as a club we have gone in the last 20 years. We have a superb stadium and now a fanbase to be proud of. Its all still like a dream to me and I have enjoyed the rollercoaster. I mean we have re-signed a city ledgend and have a quality striker in Kenny despite some fans totally going to town on him after a few games. The back four are solid, a decent goalie, and Whittingham has committed himself for another 3 years. So yes whilst its frustrating we havent got BELLAMY, lets have a reality check think how we have nearly gone bankrupt and where we have come from. Take stock this season and support the boys and lets see if Malky can get a team spirit and work ethos going which as fans we can be proud of. Onwards and upwards comrades

Forget the 80's we were in our worst state just over a year ago.
We have spent a few million (and well) and will add loans. Things going very well this season, I'm delighted.
