With the amount of young players in the utd squad getting game time and the trophies they will be winning every season. Shame he didnt join them cant see arsen being there much longer.

Aside from the Neville/Giggs group, Man Utd youngsters have underperformed; Arsenal they at least got the chance to play.

Man Utd may have gone youth now, but few came from within the ranks. Either bought like Smalling or brought into their academy from other clubs.

Ramsey is better than cleverly and Gibson who I believe came through the unite ranks.

Disagree with the fact that Ramsey was the best Arsenal player, for me their keeper was there best player, made some good saves, could have been 12+ if it wasn't for him

i think a few years under fergie could have made him that world class player....no doubt the potential always was/still is there!

Ramsey is that quality remember he spent a long time out after his leg break. If that had not happened,then who knows where he would be now. But 5 mill was a steal for Arsenal

I think people forget how broke we were. Clearly not a good deal looking back but rare you get it all upfront these days.

A sell on clause would of been good, and i understand Ramsey was not ready to move on at the time. Maybe in a year or two but at that point NO.

If we added a sell on clause arsenal would wanna pay less upfront and we needed the money.

I think the Gunners will still come good.If they can bring in a few players of quality they will be not to far away IMO.
