I have thought that for a while, do we really need Craig Bellamy? However, I watched the 2010/11 season review DVD last night and I was astonished at how many assists Craig laid on not to mention his goals.

Form those edited highlights it didn't half seem that he Whittingham played remarkably well together, something that must have past my by when watching last term.

On the basis of that DVD I would say we do need Bellamy back.

Tony teams used to double up on Bellamy which always meant that in other parts of the field we had men who were unmarked

If you haven't got a good word to say about the club then don't f*cking support them!! You must have one miserable life if all you've got to do is is be negative about the club you support!!

okay yeah Bellamy got many assists and obviously 11 goals last season but there's a going to be a time when Bellamy retires and imho he's only got one or two more seasons in him and with his dodgy knee how many games is he going to play ?? all I'm trying to say is we can't be relying on Bellamy to be there every game. Of course I would want him here he would be a great signing and a great asset to the team, I just don't think we need him

We DONT need Craig Bellamy. Id like him to come back, but not at the expense
of two or three more players. Norwich Qpr and Swansea got promoted last season
not us.

If Turner signs it will make us VERY tight defensively, with genuinely classy defensive
midfielders protecting the back four.

We really will only be lacking a striker more adept at holding the ball up then.

Wouldn't be surprised. Malky's said a number of times that he wants the "right type of player", which might not be Bellamy, and that's fine by me.

I can guarantee you Turner will not be on close to 90k a week.
