The biggest problem in our justice system is the disproportionate sentencing and lack of prison spaces.

The Rioter who tried to organise on face book deserves what he gets. The piece of shit who killed that Baby should of fried very slowly on the Electric Chair. The fact he is out shows what the Government thinks of killing kids. Whats more he will end up getting protection as well. The piece of shit.

I think the rioters got the right sentences, whether they incited it or took part. All the outcries of disgust are coming from people from outside the riot hit areas but the judges are just echoing the feelings of the people who've had their lives, property and businesses destroyed by the rioting vermin. the Baby P killer should have rotted in prison for the rest of his life. But it doesn't make the riot sentences wrong

What about the guy who stole an ice cream in the riots and gave it away after just one lick.
He was jailed for 16 months,after he took a cone and 2 scoops from the counter but didn't like the coffee flavour so he gave it to a passing women
On the same day this guy appeared in court charged with possessing drugs and an offensive weapon
