some of the portsmouth boys were found guilty of affray and section fours
moggs was charged with a section two and a section three of which he was found not guilty of both. They then conveniently advised the jury that he could be found guilty of a section four offence for calling a pompey fan a piece of shit.
he will now be sentenced in september.
the law my friend is an ass and they wonder why people just keep on walking by instead of helping people in trouble.

It's f*cking scandalous how they can basically say oh we don't agree that you found him not guilty so we will put another charge in just so we get a conviction. That's why I had to plead guilty for Chelsea on a section 4 simply because they had offered it if I turned it down and went to trial on a section 2 and found not guilty I was told that the judge could have done that to me. They got you by the balls it is so wrong!!! I got 120 hours community service for chelsea on a section 4. It's a pain in the arse having to do it every Sunday but they have put me in the RSPCA Newport working on the grounds which to be honest is an easy ride! Hopefully he'll get something along those lines. Wish him luck on his sentencing!
