Liverpool Violence Update.

Knew it wouldn't take the kids that long to jump on the bandwagon. My mrs's dad is a merseyside copper and has been on duty for over 18 hours now. Its kicked of in the city centre with sone burnt out cars, then went into your rougher residential areas. I can understand a good old riot as 9 out of 10 of them are protest related, these are just little Chavvy bastards that smell an opportunity to complete their Xmas shopping list 4 months early. I'm not paying the price, give me a hammer and a bin lid and I'll get stuck in. On my way into work now, I'll see the extent of any damage.

Just speaking to a mate of mine from the wavertree area of Liverpool and he reckons the lads are intending on kicking off tonight too. Up to 140 burnt out cars and they smashed up a brand new bar and ransacked the place.
