Yesterdays Piss up.

A great day again yesterday, started off in Wetherspoons on City road where I met Bowmonster, Wes, Topcat and Saddam...we made our way after breakfast (yes Nukes BREAKFAST)....to Poets Corner, A cracking pub with TV screens positioned around the room so everyone has a good view. We settled down to 3 pints of bow and a Carling which came in at a staggering £9.80 ........the game started and the pub had probably 30 people in there all having a good time and watching the game, then out of the blue the TV screens turned to Man Utd And Man City belting out god save the queen .......needless to say there was bedlam..the Chef had decided to turn the Cardiff game off and put the Charity Shield on ...He was a scouser, and I don't think he was prepared for the volley of disgust we hurled at him and the management in General, I'm going to email the the pub and try and explain to them that They are in Cardiff...Thank f**k we didn't have the usual forum members out with us but was fuckin really pissed off

We then went over the Tavi, which as always is a cracking place for a few beers, whilst in there having a few bows and winding Dai Taxi up I decided to go to tesco for some tobacco and never returned (My apologies lads) ...I ended up in the Indian and a £35 bill .....You'd think I'd learn by now not to go in rounds with Bowmonster on the bow....fucked I was ........A great day again, also I'd like to thank Tony (Topcat) for watering all the flowers in Cardiff

You forgot to mention the old man in the suit in pc's who was going to throw his chair through the tv if the chef didn't turnover shouting soul crew That chef wound me up a bit too didn't he .
Left the tavi with Tony about 7pm to get a miss millies.

good to see you all again. yes it was an early start considering it was a sunday and we were staying in cardiff.
you should have come to the Claude no such problems with the t.v being switched over
soory i never met back up afterwards but just like you guys plenty of beer was consumed and after the charity shield game we returned closer to home for the final couple of beers and then went home to a lovely roast dinner which finished me off for the day
