Actually, Jay is a good Championship player who will be playing against the likes of Man Utd Chelsea etc. He will make sure he's injured when you have to play the likes of Stoke, Bolton and Wigan as he thinks he is too good to play against the likes of them.

Stan, no doubting JB has is what it takes skill wise, tidy guy to boot as well, met him several times on trains comming back from away games, but from a supporter's perspective he'll having you tearing yer feckin hair out. If Warnock can "toughen" him a bit then you have one hell of player. Being back in London closer to his family will certainley help him as i think he was a bit lonely down in Cardiff and I wish the guy well.

Stan Jay is 29/30 now and not one Manager has managed to get through to Jay. The closest was Dave Jones but in the end Jay let him down. Jay is a grown Man and a Leopard never changes his spots trust me he may start off well but the old Jay will resurface. Dont get me wrong when Jay plays to his best he is England Squad quality but in the end i am glad he has gone, we don't need his ego but i don't wish him ill will and hope Warnock gets the best out of him. And if Jay scores a ha trick against those Gypos then i will love him again

Yes, Jones was pretty negative. Jay has heaps of talent but his whole career is about him losing interest and passion. He was in great form leading up to his England call up. To me, when he didn't get a call up to the following squad he seemed to lose heart and all sense of balance. I would like to see him do well but he will really frustrate you if Warnock starts to give him shi tabout falling over all the time and not chasing back.
