If it was an office though?
They should be concentrating on their work. (H+S and all that) ;) Do they get paid to oggle or get on with the job? :D :D :D

This has been going on for years... I remember approximately 10 years ago I was working on a site within the BT complex in Ipswich, and one of the first things we were told was that if anyone was caught wolf whistling the female office workers it would be their jobs... well... after a few days of good behaviour it proved all too much for one of the boys, so he let rip, and was booted off site within the hour... so this is nothing new, and has been a policy that firms have been enforcing for quite some time now....
