i was thinking earlier and rememeber that he went to Watford on loan after he left us? IMO he impressed until Moans put him in the team vs Jacks after coming back from injury.. Would you have him back?

I would. He was excellent until he got injured. I wonder if he has a future at Manure. We could possibly get him permanently.
Very strange decision to play him against the jacks.

The decision to play him against the jacks represents Dave Jones man management and tactical skills do not exist.
Incidentally, I rate DD thought he was cracking, but I feel we are covered in that area unless we lose a few players in that area: Taiwo, Wildig etc.

Jones screwed it up against the Jacks.
Unfortuantely Danny is prone to injury. Too much of a gamble. I thnk Blackpool have gone for him.

Agree, can't see him breaking into ManU's first team. So another season on loan i would've thought. Could probably snap him up for around 1-1.5mil?

felt for danny when he was rushed back against the jacks, how many games did he end up playing at watford? he was on the bench mostly for them aswell i think which may suggest hes probably not high on malkys wants list,he may be a good six month l;oan option in the january window if were short in midfield

Agree, if 1 or 2 of our top CM's have a injury (HOPE TO GOD THEY DON'T

) then he would be good to cover them

I thought he was great for us. DJ made an admittedly shocking decision to bring him back against the jacks but for me playing Chopra instead of Burke (as we needed to change to 4-5-1 to combat their formation/system), was a much bigger blunder ! Chopra is no way a wide player and this was brutally exploited. The absence of a proper back-up for Bothroyd was also exposed !
What was strange though was him apparently failing to settle in the area (homesickness I imagine), going back to United and then moving down to London (obviously further away from Manchester than Cardiff) to play for Watford !

i would take him back, he was excellent pre injury, then rushed back for the biggest game of his career when he clearly wasnt ready

Sorry I must be the only one that thought Drinkwater was average at best
He would not improve the team
