Honest opinions on the squad so far .....

honestly , does anyone think the squad we have at the moment is better than last years squad ? if not what are we missing ?

hard to judge the new signings from the pre season games so far but as far as the celtic game went i werent impressed,from last year i would have said we needed a left back (think taylor has played in midfield so far) but naylor had a decent game against celtic,also a creative center midfield player is needed

its not much better yet.. not much worse. if we get bellamy its only just better, but our defense and GK have room for improvement....

then again people would argue we had a good enoguh team lats year so maybe we just need to be managed better

I would like to see Goodwillie and Bellers.

Kiss and Rudy might have the X factor.

I believe Miller is better than Chops.

Personally i still think need to sign some more players to better last season's squad! For me we need a mobile, target man, another two quick, skilful wingers, and a centre back with pace. If we were to do this then we would be in great shape and by the looks of it these are the areas Malky is currently addressing!

bellamy, goodwille, chambers, and if we can get money for heaton or marshall then a GK too !!

Quality lacking for me, look at the players who have left against who has come in, even disregarding bellers. We need couple of proper players to provide this quality, in defence im still not convinced and also a creative midfielder, oh and a goalscorer too!
Apart from them we should be comfortably mid table i think, with the chance to have a proper push at Premier once the team gels. Some players will leave in this period while others not on the radar atm will arrive
