One of the most encouraging signs as a fan...

...during Malky's short tenure at the club was reading on the weekend of Malky's insistence that the players went over en masse to applaud all the fans who made the trip.

This is an aspect that got alot of attention during DJ's reign and provoked a fair bit of anger and frustration. Its great to now know that Malky appreciates the tremendous support we offer the team and also the value he places on us, as with his various 'meet the fans' initiatives he clearly believes we are integral to both short term, and more importantly long term success.

His objective to engage the fans and mostly every opportunity is hugely motivating for us, and we should now ensure we mirror his efforts in the stands by making CCS and any away ground we visit literally bounce.

Jon, This to me personally means a lot and I welcome it with open arms, we should be appreciated, Dave Jones had no respect for our fans at all.
