Mainly eat healthy, Chicken breast, fish, tuna ETC good protein. Whea protein is good. But as i said eat Healthy and you will be OK. Creatine i found was good it did have a bad name but recently its had good press. I Managed to put on just over half a stone in Muscle using that many many years ago when i did it. (In conjunction with a good training programme)

It all depends what results you want.

They help to supplement your diet. They aren't miracles or shortcuts to achieving your goals, despite the promises on the tub.

Hard work, a good clean diet and plenty of sleep are the key ingredients to training and exercise in my experience.

Go to Holland and Barrett, half price protein, half price creatine caps. Before training and after. Protein shake before bed.
Eating loads of chicken etc is the same but much more expensive.

Roiding is cheating.

1 gram of protein per kilo of bodyweight is the rule for building some good mass.

Train hard, and heavy using compound all over body moves. (Bench press, deadlift, wide arm pull ups, squats, military press, bent over rows, bodyweight dips, farmers walks)

Hand blended smoothie in the morning is a winner. Bannana, Blueberries, porridge oats, milk and either a scoop of protein or a yoghurt in with it.

Cardiff sports supplements shop on Whitchurch road is the best place to go for any supps or advice and really cheap prices they'll price match the internet, lads down there will sort you out.
