Anyone Know If Bellers Is In The City Squad v Celtic Tonight

Does anyone know if Bellers is in the Man City squad to play Stalybridge Celtic tonight...KO 7.30pm 
Looked up most of Man City's website and no news at the moment,but the Stalybridge Celtic site,says he is not in the squad.
If Bellers is not there,have Man City sent him back home to try and sort a transfer out between Cardiff or Cetic
Or have Man City given him the night off,to be with family and friends
