As it happens I did watch it and I think your "guesses" are spot on.

I know Bryan Robson has been ill and normally I wouldn't wish anyone recovering from such an illness any bad fortune but IMO he came across very badly (to put it mildly) in this program - I thought he looked 'out of it' most of the time; he said he "no longer considers football to be a sport but just a business" and he's obviously just out to make as much money as he can by dealing with very dodgy people - as a result of this program I'll be amazed if he continues to be employed as a "global ambassador" by Manchester United and I can't see him working in UK football again.
