Barry Ferguson set to join Blackpool

Slightly surprised Malky hasn't gone for him if hes clearly available. Blackpool have agreed a fee with Brum and are now talking to him - would be ideal for us imo + hes Scottish

They seem to be starting to spend the Charlie Adam money now as they've also signed Gerrardo Bruna an Argentinian under 21 striker from Liverpool and are supposed to be close to tying up a deal for Tom Ince according to the Blackpool website also,from what i saw of Ince at Notts County last season on the championship highlights seems to be a decent player in the middle bags of energy and just like his dad.

Interesting that the Birmingham team is falling apart, selling a lot of players, haven't bought many. When they went down I thought thats 1 of the auto spots gone but now I'm not so sure.

It certainly is interesting...WHU are another team who I thought would be more active. I would say we're definitely having a better pre-season and we shouldn't shy away from genuinely aiming for and believing in acheiving auto promotion this year
