Do you complain much...?

I had £1000 refund of charges by one of my mortgage companies today and was wondering if we as a country complain enough..? What about you personally..?

No as a whole i don't think we do.... I do believe if more people complained about shoddy customer service we receive the better.

On a personal level i do make my voice known when i don't receive good customer service, recently took the bank to the FSA regarding my agreed overdraft after my complaint was not settled by the bank , took a long while to resolved think it was about 8 months but received compensation.

Sky T.V wind me up a little with their inflated prices, rubbish service, HD TV charge, multi room charges etc. Haven't paid full price Sky for many years after making my feelings known. Aithough they did say that when HD is transmittioned nationally via teresteral tv in all regions they will remove the £10 charge.


These are a few that i can think of but have on many more occassions, BTW i'm not a serial complainer honest
