looks like he has gone off the rails a bit in the last few years.
2008 he was set for a move to reading for 3million
would be worth a gamble for a free and a 1 year contract.
think we need another couple of forwards and a wide man as the squad looks weak in these areas.

He does have a bit of Jay Bothroyd about him (when he first came here).

I think he definitely worth the gamble, but Celtic will be a different challenge again.
