i always go to manage cardiff, and everytime i bid for a player it comes up "THE TRANSFER HAS BEEN MADE PUBLIC" now i thought hmm, my staff leaked it, so i sacked everyone, YET THEY STILL LEAK AND THEIR ALL TRUE.
now it seems that carl is always 99.99% accurate with his information
and thats the only lead i can come to hahaha

I have a very good tactic which has been proven to work with any club, whether it's City, a top club or a lower league club if anyone's struggling. This one guy was on a 5 game losing streak, so he tried my tactic and he then went on to win 4 and draw 1 of his next 5 games.

Well to be honest I was struggling a little on FM10, so I stole someones successful tactic and got a bit of success

I then tweaked it a little further to suit my team. Then I bought FM11 and tried a similar tactic and tweaked it further and now I have it working really well. I play a narrow 4-1-2-1 diamond, so I have a holding midfielder, 2 centre midfielders and an attacking midfielder just behind the strikers. The only width I get is from my full backs and I play a short passing game through the middle. My tactic will take ages to explain with regards to getting the tempo, passing, distribution, marking, set pieces etc spot on, so if you'd like to give my tactic a try feel free to let me know and i'll email it to you so you can download it onto your game.

i go through loads of bad spells
i think if you keep chopping and changing, it'll make it worse. i just tend to stick it out untill it comes to an end

I used to like playing with width as well with quick wingers, but i've found it leaves you exposed down the middle. The formation I play is technically 4 centre midfielders, 1 holding, 2 normal centre midfielders and 1 attacking. Focusing the passing through the middle allows you to capitalise then. Give it a go and if you're still struggling feel free to PM me your email and i'll send you my tactic.

Of course you can. You're all fellow City fans so you're all more than welcome to give my tactic a try if you're struggling.

I Started FM with Newport lasted a season got sacked
Then i made new career with Crawley yet again sacked
By now I had enough so I went my Cardiff City, let's say I wernt welcome at Cardiff again
So now I thought give up, but I went man city spent 100m on players, and won 8th place before I resigned
Now I gave it one last chance because the game is solid so I went Swansea City, I never knew losing was so fun haha fp i wrecked them, and had transfer embargo so happy days and yet again i was sacked,
Now I manage FC Seoul and guess what? I won league haha

Got Weston-Super Mare to the Premiership within 11 Seasons
Just finished 7th in my Second Season in the Prem, while manager of the Welsh Under 21s
Going for europe now !

newport county are the only team that i have found can turn a profit, without sale of players
1st season - i released the entire squad, and signed a load of players free, on low low wages but with high signing on bonuses
then i went into admin, which i wanted , however my debt went from £1m, to £0 and only a loan of £160k. with the players i had i stormed the league. plus because i paid out low wages my expenditure each month was lower than my income.
2nd season - i sold off most of the squad for a few grand each players, but then signed all the free transfers from the prem, with loads on low wages again and making a profit
since then, alot of the ex prem players i signed are valued around £100,000 - £250,000 so its extra cash for me, system im currently working to perfection, plus the reputation of the club is so low, my expectations each year is avoid relegation so when i finish 12th im manager of the year for over achieving
not sure what season im in now, but i got something like £10m in the bank
Thu Jul 14, 2011 10:54 am
wrexham didnt lose a game all season.
then aston villa wanted me

got them into European spot
then i saw the cardiff manager was sacked (dont think it was jones) i resigned and took the bluebirds up!!

http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/football ... guide.htmlIf your struggling read that it works, it took cardiff under my control to europe within three seasons.
