tenerife_blu wrote:Hi Millar, Spain or the Canaries are commercialised so English is spoken very much so you wouldnt have a problem in that field. I moved to Tenerife at the turn of the century but I bought a bar (The Bluebird Bar) so didnt actually go to work for anyone so my situation was slightly different to what yours is going to be. I moved to Canada in 2009 and applied for a work permit and got it, I worked for a Ford car dealership, the only reason I came back to Cardiff was because my mother-in-law passed away and the wife and kids wanted to come back. If you get the chance to move abroad I would say take it, you wouldn't regret it. I want to go back to Tenerife tbh and that might be as early as next year but we will see.
Good luck if you choose to do it.

Cool, went to Play Da Les Americas in 2005, stayed at the Compostella? Loved it, had a wicked time, loads of great people there, no trouble. Spent most of my time in Murphys Irish Bar pissed..
