He's in court Friday for the assault charge, but I'm not sure what's happening with the Rape charge!

How come he's been down to Cardiff and discussed personal terms without us having agreed a fee with Dundee Utd? Why would a club let us potentially turn a players head before we've even met their asking price?

happens all the time when a player has told the club he wants to leave and the club agree....he can talk to who he wants then its up to the clubs to agree. All the player needs is permission to speak to another club, no fee has to be agreed upon. Chelsea done it with torres, he was in chelsea waiting for the ok to sign the papers from liverpool

Gazumping Rangers again would show a massive statement of intent. I've seen him play several times and he'd be perfect for the championship. He's quick, extremely powerful and has a knack in front of goal. Very similar to Michael Chopra but has better upper body strength. If the club are thinking about meeting the 2m valuation then surely acquiring two of the best young stars in the SPL for a combined fee of 2 million pounds is worth every penny Carl?
