New Cardiff City boss Malky Mackay admits Craig Bellamy has the 'X factor', but has yet to decide if he will try to bring the striker back to the club.

Depends IMO if there's a deal to be done, if man city r serious about the £4m price tag then i'd say no

People keep going on about Man City's price of £4M......that only counts if the player agrees to move!!!
CB has said he will be back so i can imagine the conversation with Sheik Mansour :

SM: Craig, we will let you leave for £4m

CB: Stick it up your ass, ill sit in the reserves for a year while you pay me £4.6m in wages

SM: We need you off the wage bill before the new UEFA financial fairplay begins next year
